If you later want the deeper, independently-verified engagement, it runs on “no recovery, no fee” — a refundable engagement deposit starts it whenever you’re ready.

Uploaded files are handled read-only and minimized to what the analysis requires, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), and deleted when the engagement is done — the report and the sealed run record become your durable baseline, not a pile of retained raw files. We never ask for passwords or write access, and there’s no silent data egress.

We aim to reply to support messages within 1 business day. Report turnaround depends on the documents you share and the scope of your goal — we’ll email you as soon as it’s ready. A month after you act on a report, an optional follow-up measures what changed against your baseline.

What we do instead is catch the AI’s unverified claims before they reach you: quotes from your own files are mechanically confirmed present or the claim is killed, an independent reviewer AI checks each piece of work, and unverified work is held back and flagged as an “Open Item” rather than asserted as fact.

No. It’s decision support — rigorous, auditable analysis that a qualified human reviews and approves before anything acts on it. We hold no SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO certification today; those are on the roadmap.
