No recovery, no fee. 20% of independently verified recovered or created value.
"Verified" means the run record and hash-chained ledger were not tampered with after sealing — integrity and provenance. It does not re-check that an external citation is real or on-point.
What we don't claim
- No SOC 2 attestation yet — it is on the roadmap; we will not imply we hold one.
- No patient/clinical (PHI) data until our clinical tier is live under a countersigned BAA. Until then, do not send PHI.
- Data locality is architectural, not remotely verifiable — you verify it by controlling the deployment.
